proyecto que tuvo distintas fases desde el proceso que empezó en chile tras la revuelta de octubre del 2019. me tocó vivir la primera parte desde lejos, y este proyecto me ayudó a llenar un poco el vacío que se siente al no poder participar de un momento histórico tan esperado a nivel nacional, familiar y personal. la producción de esta fase fue basada en las imágenes que circulaban en las redes, que alimentaron collages e ilustraciones digitales.
la segunda fase del proyecto nació durante la pandemia, por la necesidad de dar información verídica que explique la necesidad de un cambio estructural en el país. tras una extensa investigación, desarrollé 21 tiras infográficas categorizadas por temática, detallando y explicando las demandas realizadas en las calles.
a project that had different phases from the process that started in chile after the beginning of the social upheaval in october 2019. i had to live the first part from afar, and this project helped me fill the void i felt inside from not being able to participate in such a historical moment, long awaited as a country, family, and self. the production was based in images screenshot from social media, that fed a variety of digital illustrations and collages.
the second phase of the project was born during the pandemic. there was a strong need to give real information that would explain the need for a structural change in the country. after a long investigation, i developed a series of 21 infographic strips, categorized by theme, in which i explain in detail what was being demanded for in the streets.
