El medio más directo, predilecto en el que trabajo - tal vez por mi entrenamiento en arquitectura - es el dibujo en tiralíneas, a blanco y negro y con distintas texturas.
Dibujar es un ejercicio que, si bien a veces cuando empiezo a buscar puede ser un poco abrumador, cuando logro dejarlo fluir es relajante, es envolvente y absorbente. Adictivo. Hay tantas formas de representar, y creo que cada una tiene un espacio dependiendo de lo que se esté (intentando) demostrar, y eso es algo con lo que me encanta experimentar.

Drawing is an exercise that when I start, although it can be a bit overwhelming, if I let it flow it's relaxing, absorbing. Addictive. There are so many ways of representing, and I think each one of them has a place depending on what one is trying to represent, and that is something with which I love to explore.
Cercano al dibujo en tiralíneas, y tal vez incluso más natural para mi mano es el dibujo con lápiz grafito. Lo uso para cualquier cosa, aprovechando la capacidad de matices y texturas que se puede lograr, acercándose al realismo - que es genial porque permite hacer más "trampantojos" o incluir cosas inesperadas. Este medio forma parte de varios proyectos, como Latin(o)américa, el Tarot del Trueno, Santa Rebeldía, DTLF mías, y también ejercicios arquitectónicos.
Mezclar medios a veces no requiere medios tan alejados. Sobreponer los colores y las texturas (cuando se logra bien) le da una vida interesante a la imagen, sacándola tal vez un poco del plano bidimensional.
Close to black ink pen drawing, and perhaps even closer to my heart, is pencil drawing. I use it for anything, as I enjoy its capacity to create texture and shading, coming close to some sort of realism - which is also fun because it allows for some games in including things which are sometimes unexpected in a drawing. This medium takes part in many projects.
Mixing mediums doesn't always have to be with very different mediums. Overlapping colours and textures with different pens and pencils (whenever it is done right) gives out interesting images, which I think takes them out a bit from the two-dimensional plane.
Los colores, a mano a veces son más fáciles por la limitación de la paleta de colores, donde encuentro un poco de libertad. Por otro lado, el CtrlZ del medio digital puede generar dependencia también. También son dos medios que gozo al mezclar: analógico y digital, incluyendo fotografía. Sobre todo para proyectos que tienen más que ver con el diseño gráfico, y también para hacer ensayos antes de pasar al papel.
I find it way easier to draw with colours by hand than by computer, given a limited colour pallette I find more freedom. On the other hand, CtrlZ in the digital medium can come in way handy. They are also two mediums which I like to mix, including photography. It also comes in handy for graphic design, and to try out ideas before putting them down on paper.
Los últimos ejemplos son ilustraciones musicales, un ejercicio de sinestesia que encuentro maravilloso y hago casi involuntariamente cada vez que escucho música.
The last examples are cover art works done for songs - an exercise of synesthesia that I find wonderful and that happens in my brain almost every time I listen to music.
